1. Registration and Health Requirements:

Before enrolling a pet into our playcare, pets must have up to date vaccinations and all paperwork completed. Pets should be on a flea and tick prevention program whilst in our care.

2. Payment and Fees:

Fees for pet playcare services are due in advance and are non-refundable. A reservation is required for each scheduled visit.

3. Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation of a scheduled playcare visit. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the pre-paid playcare fee.

4. Liability:

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, owners acknowledge that participation in pet playcare activities may involve inherent risks. By enrolling their pet in our playcare, owners assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage caused by their pet, and indemnify us against any claims or damages resulting from their pet's actions.

5. Acceptable Behaviour:

We reserve the right to refuse playcare services to any pet that displays aggressive or disruptive behaviour towards other pets, staff, or visitors. We ask that owners inform us of any pre-existing behavioural issues that their pet may have, so that we may take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care.

6. Hours of Operation:

Our playcare services are available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays, with the exception of special events that may be scheduled from time to time.

7. Termination of Services:

We reserve the right to terminate playcare services to any pet that repeatedly displays unacceptable behavior or poses a threat to the safety of other pets, staff, or visitors.

8. Veterinarian Authorisation/Medical Emegencies

Should your pet require emergency medical care, you authorise Fetch to take your pet to the veterinarian you specified on your intake form, and if not available, an emergency veterinarian. Fetch will not be liable for any costs associated with treatment, medication or care of your pet.

9. Images and Publications

Fetch will take photographic images and digital recordings of your pet for use in the marketing and promotion of our business.

By enrolling their pet in our playcare services, owners acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
