We’re both animal lovers from way back.

Fetch is made up of Dave and Rhi, and we are both animal lovers from way back (think menageries growing up!). We have two pups of our own, called Charlie and Rosie. Before starting Fetch, we owned a successful indoor plant store but longed to hang out with all the puppies that came into the store each day. So, Fetch was born!

When you leave your pups in our care, we guarantee that we will give them all the love and care that we would give our own animals. And that is lots, because we genuinely love to see dogs happy, fulfilled and exhausted from playtime.

At Fetch, we understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family. That's why we offer a unique and fun-filled playcare experience that your dog is sure to love. Our dog loving team provides a safe and stimulating environment for your dog to play with other friendly dogs. With Fetch, you can rest easy knowing that your pup is in good hands and having a blast.

We offer two Fetch Playcare slots each weekday, at 8am and 1pm, with a maximum of 4 dogs per session. We will come and pick up your little buddy in our air-conditioned, crated and safe Fetch wagon, and head out to a local off leash park for some play and socialisation, followed by a walk to really get that energy out.

Step 1

Fill in our new client intake form which will give us some information about your little mate. After you submit this, we will be in contact to organise a quick meet and greet so that you can meet us, we can meet your pupper, and you can also ask us any questions that you may have. You may also want to give us a key, or show us how to access your property for when you start your Fetch Playcare dates!

Step 2

Once we have met and we are ready to rock, you can head online to our booking system. Then, it’s as easy as booking, paying and getting excited for our Fetch team to pick up your buddy!

Step 3

On the day of your play date, make sure your furry friend has their harness or collar on, and that their lead is in an easy accessible spot so we can make the pick up as simple as possible. The less time this takes, the more time we have to play! After our Fetch Playcare finishes, we will drop your pupper off nice and safe, where they will probably fall asleep from all the good times they just had!
